I have a iPhone 11, MacBook air (2015) and iPad 4th gen all updating to the latest software.
When I delete a message on my iPhone, It will delete on my mac and vis versa but will not delete on my iPad.
When I delete a message on my iPad it will only delete on my iPad
how do I set it up so that when I delete a message on my iPhone or Mac it will also delete on my iPad?

My bad, I thought if it messages was on though my iPhone it would also be on through my iPad. I just went into iCloud and turned it on through my iPad. All works now, thank you!
With Messages in iCloud, conversations you delete from iPhone are also deleted from your other Apple devices where Messages in iCloud is turned on. See Use Messages in iCloud.
