Can lost notes be retrieved on apple devices. My notes app was deleted in error and when i downloaded it from my iCloud some notes were missing. Can they be retrieved?

Did you check the Deleted folder within the Notes app for the missing notes?
sorry - i had someone delete some notes from my phone which were on icloud. but when i go to icloud i don't see the 'recently deleted' folder in 'notes' :(
