I’d try a forced restart. This should help

I would like to help you as others have helped me...after you copy the link that you want to post click the 🔗 on the right side of the toolbar then press ⌘V then click the 🔗 on the left side and your link will be inserted like this...Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
