What is "gold coverage"?

For service from Apple you click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page.

Then you contact T-Mobile support, or go to a corporate store and turn it in.

So to be clear, you do NOT have gold coverage but you do have AppleCare? Do you have the standard one your warranty or AppleCare +?
