If you want to change the email that you use as your Apple ID for iTunes and other Apple services, you can do that without losing anything. See: Change your Apple ID - Apple Support

May I ask you why?

Apps or other purchases bought from iTunes / App Store are permanently tied to the Apple ID that was used to download/install them.
