After my Apple Watch was updated recently it has began to freeze the screen for a few minutes then goes back to normal. Also the fitness ring on my watch has got little gaps in it even when the rings are complete. This wasn’t happening before the update please help, the watch is only 7 months old.

As you can see from the above photo the exercise ring still as gaps in the circle even when complete and the watch is still freezing !! Please could you reply to my query I’ve tried restarting the watch and it’s still doing this. The watch is only 7 months old thank you
Hello I’ve tried restarting my watch and Unpaired from my phone, it hasn’t worked unfortunately and the screen has been freezing still. This watch is only 7 months old not happy with this apple product at all!!
Hi I have still not received a reply regarding my Apple Watch series 3, the screen is still freezing occasionally and the exercise rings are still having gaps in them as shown on the photo I have previously sent you. I have tried resetting the watch and unpairing it from my phone but still no joy. I am concerned that my watch is faulty, and I understand you only get a one year warranty. Please could I get a reply to my query or a replacement watch face thanks Michelle
You could unpair the watch, which will back it up. Then set it up again.
Perhaps an obvious question but have you tried restarting it since the update?
I’ve turned the watch on and off a few times to see if that would help but it didn’t !! How do I restart the watch and would I loose all my exercise achievements etc ?? Thanks
