How to search a word using preview? (iPhone)

Dear Apple Community,

Does anybody know if there is a way to search for a word in a document (e.g. pdf) using iPhone "Preview"?

There isn't a Preview app (by name, anyway) on iOS. I don't think it is possible to search within that app.

Some apps support searching in them (like Pages).

It depends on the security of the PDF document. Some are simply images and words can’t be detected.

You can try CMD+F to search a document anyway.
