phone screen tapping on random things by itself

I'll unlock my phone and it will open up apps by itself. Or if I'm texting it will start hitting random letters. Recently within that past day or so my apps have been crashing. I haven't done anything differently to cause this kind of problem. I have only had this iphone 11 since December of 2019 and I’m extremely careful with it. Not only is the screen glitchy, but my left set of speakers stopped working randomly.
