i’ve been meaning to update my iphone 5s to ios 12.2 but it can’t. it keeps saying ‘estimating time remaining’ and ‘update requested’. i’ve tried hard reset on my iphone and it doesn’t work i also have 7 gb left in my storage but it still says ‘update requested’ please help! thank you!

First, you can't update to iOS 12.2, you will have to update to iOS 12.4.7.
Go to Settings > Storage and see if there is an update file there. If there is delete it. The connect your iPhone to your computer and update it in iTunes.
