Bluetooth Scanning Devices in Background

Hi guys,

As per Apple Core bluetooth guidelines for background processing as stated in below link

Note: I am here all talking about devices(i.e., peripherals) that are not connected to my iPhone.

I came to know that already scanned devices in foreground can't be scanned again in Background.

My requirement is i need to scan even duplicate devices that are not connected both in foreground and background. It's working fine in foreground but not working as when app is in background . I want to know is there any breakthrough to achieve my requirement.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
