Hi,

I have bought Ipad mini 1 for my little sister, she made an ICloud email for her usage, I think in 2014, but she forgot the email and password, she has a rough idea about the email but we couldn't know the password, what should we do now? I don't want to use what some you-tubers suggestions such as DNS and bypass. I think we can prove our ownership by you accessing the Ipad location over the past 5 years.

Tell her to use Apple's iForgot service or contact their Account Security team, or the iPad's original owner to supply Apple with its purchase receipt and ask them to remove the lock.
