Hi have a reconditioned Mac book air. I need to download iTunes but when I try I get the following messages; This update requires Mac OS version 10.13.99 or earlier. I need to download iTunes to set my iPhone up fully.

Is your MacBook Air running Catalina? You can check by going to Apple menu About This Mac. If it is, note that iTunes will not run on it and has been replaced with other apps. See: What happened to iTunes? - Apple Support
