Iphone 11 paint chipping

my iphone 11 paint is chipping around the camera area. No damage has been done like dropping or scratching it to something for 5 months since the day i got it.

You can report that to Apple. However, normally they do not replace devices with cosmetic issues. That will be their decision to make.
