I don't purchase music very often. Seems to have changed since the last time. I've got music in my wish list, how do I purchase?

When I click on the price, I'm given the choice of gifting the song to someone else, adding it to my wish list, or 2 other things I cant remember. There's no option to purchase, which is why it's on my wish list. I have a $40 giftcard balance I'm trying to figure out how to use, and I can see the balance in my account. Why won't it let me use it?
