After transferring money to Apple Cash, which will show up on my banking statement, will the transaction I make with Apple Cash transactions show up on my Wells Fargo statement as well?

No. The Apple Cash transaction does not link back to the card you used to add funds to it.
It will only appear on your iPhone in the Apple Cash transaction list: Manage your Apple Cash account - Apple Support
