I have a MAC OS HIGH Sierra and I turned off Javascript in Safari however I have a file under my user name (home) Pictures - New Folder with Items and it's a folder I set up but don't really remember. It is filled with all Javascript files from Safari dated 2/23/19. Can I delete these files. I have a picture of it

Anything in your own user account can be removed without affecting the OS in any way. Delete them if you like.

OK I just hope everything will be OK afterwards. I'll leave it in the Trash for a while then see what happens.

Rather than the trash, so you don't accidentally delete them, make a folder on the desktop and store them there.
I'm very good with my trash and never delete everything at once, always one at a time. Thank you because your answer is helpful for other times when I don't want to put things in the trash.
