Is the Battery Health Management available for older MacBooks too (i.e. Retina Display 2014)?
I did not find the menu related to the feature on subject in Power Saver panel...
Does it display on newer MacBooks only?

It is available on my 2016 MacBook Pro. Also, the following doesn't mention any requirement other than having macOS 10.15.5 installed. About battery health management in Mac notebooks - Apple Support
That's not conclusive as there may be a hardware requirement that was omitted from the support article in error.
Battery Health Management is for all users with a 2016 or later MacBook Pro and 2018 or later MacBook Air.
