I went to the ATT store today, because my phone wont ring in. It says I have a missed call and it never rang. The calls don't go to voice mail it says try the number again or something. They reset my phone 3 times,and still nothing. Noone knows whats wrong

Resetting your phone won't have any effect on your voice mail.
Call AT&T customer support. Whoever you talked to in the store had no clue what they were doing.
As for not ringing, check to make sure you don't have Do Not Disturb on, and that Settings>Phone>Silence Unknown callers is turned off.

AT&T will have to fix the voice mail issue. That's a carrier feature.
