iPhone and iPad apps

I’ve been using apple products for as long as I can remember, I’ve got a bus8ness page with Facebook and for the last 5 days I’ve been unable to gain aces through the app on any apple products, is it a down load update that stopping me from using these app on your products.

It doesn’t allow me to load the business page on the Facebook page . Is the fault with apple apps or with Facebook. Either way I can’t get a answer from anybody . It’s now been 6 days and very frustrating
