I am trying to open an app and keep getting the window asking for my keychain login password. I have no idea what that is or how to retrieve it.

The password you setup when you setup your Mac and created your first account.

I am in an app and the keychain password it created for me no longer works so I ask for an updated one but it does not update in my passwords and I cannot log into the app.
