It is your login password.

The password you setup when you setup your Mac and created your first account.

No .unfortunately I can't even remember my first password ? how can I track it back my old Password or changed a new Password?

I am in an app and the keychain password it created for me no longer works so I ask for an updated one but it does not update in my passwords and I cannot log into the app.
