Time Limit Passcode Reset
How can I reset my Time Limit passcode, when there isn't a "Forgot Passcode?" option?

You must update to iOS 13.5, then follow these directions—>If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support CAREFULLY.
If that doesn’t work the only other option is to reset your iPad to factory settings and not restore a backup.
