how to transfer a document to your i phone
hello how do i transfer a document from my apple mac to my i phone so i can send via e mail the person needs to be able to read and print the document also

Why don’t you just send it from your Mac? What format is the document in? You can copy it to iCloud in Finder, then locate it in the Files app on your phone and send it from there using the Share icon (the square with an up-arrow), but it will be far easier just to send the email from your Mac.
