Hide Call log
How can I turn off my iPhone’s capability to remember my call history?
I don’t want to see contacts or phone numbers under “Recents”.

I understand you'd like to turn off your call history.
This is currently not a feature. You can however manually remove your call history. You can learn how to do so here: View and delete the call history on your iPhone.
