Move iPhone little lower/little higher

I’m using iPhone X with the newest iOS ver 13.5. I’ve set up Face ID before and it works for a few months, but suddenly it cannot recognize my face, so I reset the Face ID. When I set up the new Face ID, it keeps saying move iPhone lower/higher. No matter how much I move my phone, it still won’t have any effect.

Pls help. Thank you

Tried to all set up as new phone and still same issue. HELP!!!

Face ID setting problem I’m using iPhone 12 Pro with the newest iOS version . Follow all the steps and recommendations here --> If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple ...

restart your phone. This is simple and you can always try it when something goes wrong.
