Recipe template in Numbers app
In the recipe template, How do I add tsp and tbsp to the options in the drop down box in column B and D?

Not sure we’re looking at the same template. This is what I see, running the latest version of Numbers for iPadOS:
The columns with pop-up menus are C and F, and they already contain tsp and tbsp options. But to add more, just go to cell format and go into the details for pop-up menu (on iPadOS/iOS it’s the circled green “i” found in the format menu shown).
