Can parents share screentime control of kids devices?

Can parents share the role of setting up screentime restrictions on their kids phones? I.e., if I change the Twitter time limit on my daughter’s phone, is that immediately reflected in my wife’s view of screentime on her device? Or is one parent realistically resigned to just functioning in a monitoring capacity?

Family sharing > Screen time > monitored device activity My daughter's activity does not show in Screen time activity section of Family sharing, which is the primary reason I set it up. Does anyone know how to fix that? I tried stopping the Screen time for her phone and activating it again, but that didn't help.

Screen Time My children are listed under Family Sharing and I am the organizer. I am trying to set up downtime through ScreenTime, but neither child is listed under Family. If I look under Family Sharing, ScreenTime is enabled. Does anyone know how to fix this so I can monitor their screen time from my iPhone?

Screen time requests not coming in I have Family Sharing set up on my phone so I can control my children’s screen time. When they requests more time the notifications are coming through to my iPad, but not my phone (and they don't sit silently in my Notification Center ). When they sends a request to buy, this makes it through to the phone. How do I need to change my settings to get the screen time requests?
