Software Update only appears in System Preferences if your mac is running macOS Mojave or macOS Catalina.

If you are running an earlier OS, your profile says 10.12 (Sierra) updates are performed via the App Store

Updates page.


If you are looking for Zoom try the App Store and type Zoom in to the search field otherwise
