Can't log into my own account

When I attempt to log on I get told to answer some security questions I've made over 10 years ago. Obviously I wouldn't remember those, and Apple won't even let me create new questions because when I try to do that they say "don't have sufficient information to reset ur security"

Before anyone suggest contacting the support, I CAN'T every link takes me to a page where I need to lick my region and then apple just tells me to reset the questions. There is no link to email they're support or no phone number to call. So if I can't contact them, how am I supposed to log into my account?
