Money was decline from coming back to my bank from Apple Pay

I have transfer 140$ to my Apple Pay from my current account. Checked my account today the money was decline from coming back to my bank from Apple Pay so what to do now?

Are you saying that you cannot transfer money from Apple Cash to your bank account? are you getting an error?
