iCloud account disabled

My iCloud account has been disabled and I can’t download or even update any of my apps. I even made a new iCloud account . What do I do. Please help

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see the instructions in: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204106


If it states that your account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, contact Apple support. See the instructions in: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208856
