Why macbook air 13 2020 inner lcd is so fragile?

New macbook air 13 2020 inner lcd crack, heart broken  what happened to Apple products? why it is so fragile, my children just played around, why ???


newly bought and received at the beginning of May 2020, :)))))))))


if apple know this issue, why not make the insurance compulsory?


I do believe it is a product issue rather than users' issue as there are so many cases happened.

Make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for service after the stores re-open. If you need to find an Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple. Also, see How to find your nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or Distributor (AAD). You may also get Apple authorized service at a local Best Buy.
