A Google search found that it seems to be a file that is downloaded with the Zoom.us application. Normally it self expands and installs before deleting itself. Haven't found what is in it.

To be on the safe side download and run the free version of Malwarebytes. It was developed by a long time contributor to these forums and a highly respected member of the computer security community. It it contains any adware or malware Malwarebytes will identify it and remove it as you direct.

Hi Mareskuro,

I understand you had an unexpected file in your Downloads folder.

A .zip file is a compressed file format. You can learn more about compressed files here: Compress or uncompress files and folders on Mac.

It appears the MacRetinaRes.zip file is associated with the Zoom app, have you installed this recently?

Hope this helps!

There is no reason to ever run any "cleaning", "optimizing", "speed-up" or anti-virus apps on your Mac. That includes bitdefender. This user tip describes what you need to know and do to protect your Mac: Effective defenses against malware and other threats - Apple Community

Uninstall bitdefender according to the developer's instructions. You can check to see if you've removed all of the files by downloading and running Find Any File to search for any files with the application's name  and the developer's name in the file name.  For example for bit defender software you'd do the following search:

1 - Name contains bit defender

Any files that are found can be dragged from the search results window to the Desktop or Trash bin in the Dock for deletion.

FAF can search areas that Spotlight can't like invisible folders, system folders and packages.
