disabled account

I have a disabled account and I cannot access it and the account is linked on my iPad and I cannot log in to the iPad I have tried to recover the account but I do not have the information that enables me to recover the account

Please help to solve this problem

if you are the original owner, contact Apple. They can remove the Activation Lock if provided the required paperwork. Either take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened)
