Troubleshooting Wi-Fi issues in IOS.

Have you tried restarting/resetting the router?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device.

If necessary

Hard reset.

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting.

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.

There are many reasons you might be unable to connect to the internet, non payment, router not connected . IP address not provided to your computer, DNS server address not correct and many many more.

Best call your Internet provider or mobile company support line - They will go through numerous steps to test and help you reconnect .

They can identify some problems remotely.

You are paying for this one way or another .
