If if forget 6 digit iPhone passcode what is the solution

If I forget the 6 digit iPhone passcode what is the solution? I have been using the fingerprint and so seem to have forgotten the passcode

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
