Apple Hiring Event - Webex Meeting App didn't have Chat and They didn't fix it

I was at the virtual Apple Hiring Event and I was using the Webex Meeting app via my iPad Air 2 (Because my brother was borrowing my iMac during that time) and even though I can hear the meeting, I couldn't use the chat box since there wasn't any. I tried telling the recruiters about this but they ignored me and didn't fixed the problem and I feel that I was the only one who couldn't communicate with anyone because I didn't have a chat box.
