Accepting iCloud Terms and Conditions

I recently installed OS Catalina on my MacBook Air and now I have a pop-up notification that states "to use iCloud on this Mac you must accept the new Terms and Conditions." When I click on the "view" button, it takes me to a system preferences window and repeats this same message and has a radio button "Terms and Conditions" for me to press to review and accept. When I hit the radio button, another window appears and repeats this information again and gives me two radio button options, one that says "cancel" and the other that says "terms and conditions". When I click on the "terms and conditions" button, it starts to process this request but then stops and just goes back to the previous window. It will not proceed to allow me to actually accept the terms and conditions, and so now the little pop-up keeps appearing on my screen and won't go away. Appears to be some kind of glitch. I've tried to restart my laptop numerous times, but that will not clear the error. Is there anything else I can try to resolve this?

The popup to accept terms and conditions continued to appear and the terms and conditions were never made available for acceptance. To resolve this issue, I went to settings, signed out and back into icloud, immediately the terms and conditions popup appeared along with the terms and conditions and the acceptance button. Thanks Daniel!

If you see the same screen shot as in this google article https://9to5mac.com/2019/10/25/fix-icloud-terms-conditions-bug-macos-catalina/

You have to follow these articles https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/mac-help/mchlbf8fdc51/mac

https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/mac-help/mchlac6a3a51/10.15/mac/10.15

You can once again update all the data settings starting from overview upto media and purchases .

I remember when Mac OS catalina 10.15 was in installation process in upcoming steps a prompt was there to enter Apple ID and password and accept terms and conditions , then after that have to enter admin password , if you had skipped those steps it is now prompting .

Without seeing the screen shot I can't go further , first you consult apple support https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT201232

Or else again reinstall Mac OS https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/mac-help/mchlp1599/10.15/mac/10.15

Thank you. It finally worked. I ran the update and that did not do it. I signed off and on. Restarted, etc.

The "magic" seemed to happen after I ran the update and then log off and on using the Apple ID in the right top corner from the system preference screen. (I did not work using other screens.)

THANK YOU!!! This was super annoying and was difficult to work around.
