Mac Air Power Adaptor

I just bought a 2020 Mac Air, to be delivered in 2 weeks. I have a 2012 Mac Air that has died but I have the magnetic power cord/adaptor. Will the magnetic cord be useful on the new Mac Air? Thanks.

No. MacBook Air 2020 uses a USB-C connection, and not the magsafe connection used on MacBook Air 2012 models.
