How can I clean up my iCloud, I would like to delete some messages and pictures from iCloud

Delete them off your device/computer and the change should sync to iCloud. If you want to keep the messages and photos on your device/computer, turn off iCloud syncing. Then go to iCloud.com/Photos using a computer browser and you can delete photos. Messages in iCloud can't be accessed.
