WatchOS and Breath App

Is the WatchOS designed so that if your resting heart rate is too high, Breath is activated? There's some anecdotes online about the app being activated while a wearer is stressed but I find no documentation saying that this is some sort of machine learning feature in WatchOS.

breath The breathing app under the previous OS on the Apple Watch would periodically during the day remind you to breath. I thought this was a nice option. However, under OS 8.1, when I go to the mindfulness app and click on breath, then I go to durations and select one minute, then the <Duration at the top of the screen doesn't work. I can't get back to the breathing app. It shows me my selection of times, 1 minute, 2 minutes, etc. but I can't get it to go back to the breathing app to use the breathing app. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Breath reminder in WatchOS 6 beta 5 The breath reminder in WatchOS 6 beta 5 seems to no longer be there. Has anyone heard anything about it coming back at some point or has it moved to a different locatxh in the watch app and I just can’t find it

Apple Watch Heart Rate Alarm Needs to Go Lower than 100bpm Because of my health issues, I need to keep my heart rate below 90 bpm. It's frustrating that the Apple Watch heart alarm doesn't allow custom settings like this. The lowest alarm setting is 100 bpm. Is there a better app that can handle this need? What's the best way to request this feature from Apple?

No, the Breathe app is not designed that way.
