My iPhone requested to change my passcode within 59min

I did and it was getting into a loop saying I need to change my passcode

But when I enter the current passcod my iPhone could not recognize the old or the new passcode I enter.

It is now in disable mode.

What can I do?

This stuff?

If the passcode is not working, you'll need to reset.

Hopefully you have a backup.

Otherwise the data is lost.
