facetime from iphone to mac
If I am having a call using FaceTime in my iPhone, can I transfer that call to my mac without having to hang up and call again?
Does it also work the other way arround?
iPhone 11, iOS 13

Yes and Yes you have to enable Handoff...
Use Continuity to connect your Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch - Apple Support
Use Handoff to continue a task on your other devices - Apple Support
Here's how to turn on Handoff on your devices:

Thanks for your answer.
Apparently Handoff does not support FaceTime. I am using an iPhone 11 and Macbook Air 2015, so maybe my Mac does not support it. ( I tried several times )
Maybe it has something to do with my location (I am not in the States).
Thank you so much anyway!
You are welcome if I find out anything I will let you know, I am not in the States either.
Did you have Bluetooth turned on ? You should...
Well I have done it and I am using MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013) with Mojave and an iPhone SE, so I don't know what to tell you.
I know it the Continuity link I sent you it does not show FaceTime but when I first tried it without Handoff it did not work, as soon as I enabled Handoff it worked.
