Restore screen on iPhone X

The Restore screen on my iPhone X. I did try force restart won't work. connected to mac to update via iTunes and got error 4013. Help please !

Is your macOS updated on your Mac? OR Do you have the latest version of iTunes installed on your Mac?

Please review this article by Apple which lists the steps you need to take to overcome the error 4013 ➔ If you see error 4013 - Apple Support.
