Hello Kendeme,
From what I gather you are unable to connect a device via Bluetooth using your iPhone. I'm not sure what steps you may have tried prior but this article may be helpful. If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Cheers!
When you are trying to connect to your iPhone is your iPad nearby, powered on and the fitbit connected to it? I'm not that familiar with Fitbit, but can it be paired to multiple devices?
Hi lobsterghost1,
just by chance that night I deleted Fitbit app from my iPad and I the morning I check my phone and everything was working.
Thank you for replyin!
You're welcome. I had a feeling from what you wrote initially that was the issue. Glad you've got it sorted now.
Hi Alex_h1,
It resolved itself by my removing the Fitbit app from my iPad.
Thanks!
