iPhone X face id not working after 13.5 Update

i have update my iPhone X to 13.5 from 13.4.1, and after restart my face is not detected in face id cam...

then after that i reset my face id, after i tried to add new face lock.. it's says " face id is not available - Try setting up Face Id later"

and then again i restart my device... not it's allowing to open face id camera, but it's always says move your iPhone bit higher / lower..... :(

and also my selfie portrait camera also not bluring the background, i mean depth is not working....

i have update my iPhone on 24th May 2020
