Reporting an Scammer app called Scanner for me. I request a refund

I downloaded this app, using free trial then deleted the app right the way. The app is not on my phone but still charge me 40$ / 929,000VND for 1 year most expensive subscription package automatically without any confirmation afterwards. This app is also confirmed as scam by a lot of users. This is unacceptable. I request a refund and hope Appstore considers remove this app from Appstore for your user's safety.

You are not speaking to Apple, this is a user to user community. 


You will need to report the app to apple.


We are unable to help with refunds, account issues or purchases  


Cancel/see your subscriptions here - See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support 


Try applying for a refund here - Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support


Or Contact Apple Support - Contact - Official Apple Support
