iPhone SE 2020 No sound 🤬

My SE 2020 has no sound on calls on the ear piece or on speakerphone! Whoever I’m talking to can’t hear me talking as well! My phone has been in a case from day one so there’s no damage to it. I’ve taken it out of the case to check to see if I had sound or someone could hear me but still no sound! I’m wondering if it’s an update issue or my phone is defective!
