How can I get the promp to continue setting up my new iPhone SE NOW that I have WiFi & It’s active!!

If you are stuck at some point in the set up process, erase the phone and set it up all over again. Go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings. The phone will restart and you will be greeted with the Hello screen and you can start all over again.
