I want to download apps (e.g. Trello) and when I click on "Get" -> "Install App" -> and enter my apple ID and password, it come to this prompt. When I click "Review" it doesn't do anything and simply stops. Please help.

Log into your account in the App Store/iTunes and you should be able to change/verify it there. Or you can click the blue Edit payment methods in the article below. When signed in and the page loads, you will be on the credit card page. After updating that, click the Go Back button at the lower left and you will be on the address page.

Unfortunately that did not work. When I clicked the blue "Edit Payments" it opened the iTunes desktop app. And then it asked to sign in again. once I successfully signed in I got to this point again. When I click Review, nothing happens.
Did you try logging into your account or using the 2nd link?
