After a recent upgrade to the IOS software version 13.4.1 i now see iCloud Drive being the top guy taking up space on my phone. This was not the case before the upgrade to this version of the software. Why is this taking up space with this version, please roll this back i see multiple messages on the same topic.

Yes i did update to iOS 13.5 & it did resolve the issue for about a week. But now the issue is back even with iOS 13.5. Currently see iCloud Drive occupying 1.84 GB of my 16GB space. Is there a permanent solution for this ?

Issue is getting worse ? Day 4 of reset i see iCloud Drive storage taking up 4.69 GB. Any updates on this issue would be appreciated.
Same here, apple fix this !!! Never had this problem with my samsung
I reset my phone ( Erased all the content & set it up manually again). This caused the iCloud Drive storage to go down but now i see it going back up ( day 2 after reset). Its now taking up 700 MB. Appears it will be back to taking up 1.8 GB. Any workarounds or resolutions ?
Why not consider updating to the latest iOS of 13.5?
